Arrival in Puerto Maldonado, reception at the airport. Travel 25 minutes by boat on the Madre de Dios River, until arriving at the Hacienda Concepcion Lodge.

Walk along the trails of Concepcion.
At sunset, observe the rainforest, during the boat ride you will be able to observe hidden caimans and the constellations of the stars.

Visit to Sandoval Lake, board a canoe to paddle through the mangroves, then navigate the Sandoval Lake, where you can see bird species, giant river otters, howler monkeys, macaws, anacondas, turtles and caimans. Return to Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion.

In the afternoon, navigate the Madre de Dios River until you reach the Inkaterra Canopy Walkway, a safe and sophisticated system of hanging bridges, connected by eight platforms and two panoramic observation towers.

After breakfast, visit our organic bio-garden to discover the tropical forest plants and their intriguing medicinal uses, according to the traditions of the local communities. Then visit our 30-hectare Palmetum, a collection of 19 species of Amazonian palms in a space intended for restoration and conservation.
Lunch in the dining room of the Casa Grande.
Enjoy paddling a wooden canoe, where you will be able to observe hoatzins, flycatchers and gray-necked cotaras.
You can practice catch and release, which consists of fishing for piranhas as the native communities do, using a simple wooden rod.
At night you can participate in the COLLPA TIERRA ADENTRO, where you will see different species and their nocturnal routines by observing them from our blinds.

Visit to the Mariposario before arriving at the airport.
