DAY 01
06:00 Departure in our private transport to Mollepata 2900 meters. A beautiful scenic drive through Limatambo, with stops for panoramic views of the “Apu Salkantay”. One can see impressive ranges of magnificent snow-capped mountains and the lush valley of the Apurimac River. Later we arrive at the beginning of our trail, called Mollepata 3000 masl. We meet our horsemen and trekking staff (cook and assistants). We walk for about 3 hours before lunch through traditional Andean communities such as Cruzpata, Challacancha, where we stop for lunch. We continue walking for about 3 hours through virgin Andean villages to Soraypampa 3850 mts, our first camp. (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) Walking distance approximately 14 km.

DAY 02
After an early breakfast, we start walking at approximately 06:00 am. for 3 hours to start our ascent of the Apacheta pass 4590 mts. From this point we can appreciate the spectacular views of the Nevado Salkantay, an impressive snow-capped peak (6264 meters) the second highest peak in the Cusco region, and the Humantay and Huayanay snow-capped mountains, the white river, small lakes and moraines. Approximately 2 hours for lunch at Huayracpunku, and then another 2-3 hours of downhill hiking to camp at Rayan-niyoc at 2890m or camp at Chaullay 2920m for experienced hikers. DAY 03
We start the walk at 07:00 am. Easy 3-hour hike to Luscamayuc, where we will be introduced to a niche in the high jungle called Ceja de Selva, where we will see different types of plants, fruits, flowers, birds, etc. Before you can see coca and banana crops, time to shower in a waterfall, take incredible pictures, with luck we can see the famous National Bird of Peru "Cock of the Rocks" stop at Wiñaypoq'o for Lunch + free time to rest. 3 hours of walking until our last camp in La Playa 2350 mts. Here is a small town with electricity and a store! (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) Walking distance approximately 18 km.

DAY 04
6:30 a.m. approx. We start our walk towards the town of Lucmabamba, here we see the remains of an Inca trail, we follow this ascending path, from which we will see coffee, banana, passion fruit plantations and a beautiful view of the Santa Teresa Valley. We follow the Inca trail climbing for 4 hours to Llactapata 2700 meters. From here we can see Machu Picchu and enjoy some free time to rest, 2 hours of descent to the 1870-meter hydroelectric plant, where we have the last lunch with our staff team. At 3 pm. We will take a 45-minute train ride to the town of Aguas Calientes 2000 mt. Accommodation on direct account. (Breakfast and lunch). Walking distance of approximately 16 km.

DAY 05
Early bus for 25 minutes to the city of Machu Picchu, guided tour for 3 hours and plenty of free time to continue exploring, photos and optional ascent to the Huayna Picchu mountain, the Temple of the Moon or the Puerta del Sol. Generally around the 1pm people return to Aguas Calientes for lunch. You will take your train back to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel.
